Квест- игра «Who knows English better»

Цель: повышение интереса учащихся к изучению английского языка и к стране изучаемого языка.

Задачи:

1.

Образовательные:

- расширить лингвистический кругозор и эрудицию учащихся;

2. Практические:

- активизировать и закрепить лексику по пройденным темам;

- повторить грамматический материал Present Continuous;

- повысить интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка;

3. Развивающие:

- развивать устную речь учащихся;

- развивать языковую догадку, внимание и логическое мышление;

4. Воспитательные:

- воспитывать умение работать в команде;

- воспитывать чувство взаимопомощи и уважительного отношения к соперникам;

Оборудование:

Карточки с заданиями, музыкальное сопровождение, маршрутный лист, грамоты.

Ход игры

Организационный момент

Good afternoon boys and girls! I’m glad to see you at our unusual lesson. As you see today we’ve

got a lot of guests at our lesson. Be more active today and don’t worry please and try to do your best.

OK?

We are going to have a trip round the English language today. We’ll have a lot of fun. We’ll visit a

lot of interesting stations. Today we’ll have a competition between six teams. Each team has its

name, motto and captain. You should do the tasks correctly and for each correct answer I’ll give you

a score. And at the end of the lesson we’ll know who’s the winner.

So, let’s start! Are you ready? OK! Ready, steady, go!
