Предисловие
За последние годы существенно изменились роль и место иностранного языка в системе школьного образования. Изучая английский язык, многие сталкиваются с трудностями понимания и восприятия иноязычной речи на слух. Умение слушать иноязычную речь, является одним из главных во всем процессе изучения иностранного языка. Так как прослушивание побуждает человека говорить, то есть развивает другой основное умение — говорение. В сборнике представлены упражнения для контроля понимания прослушанного текста на уроках английского языка к 10-ти текстам из книги для учителя (УМК Афанасьевой О. В., Михеевой И. В. 6 класс). Сборник снабжен красочными иллюстрациями, а также опорами в помощь ученикам для пересказа текста. Сборник призван помочь учителю прививать ученикам интерес к английскому языку, а также развивать умение говорить. Каждый блок содержит слова и выражения для снятия трудностей перед прослушиванием текста, упражнения для контроля понимания прослушанного, опору для пересказа текста. Упражнения расположены от простого к более сложному. Данный сборник был апробирован в школе и доказал свою эффективность в работе по развитию умения понимать иноязычную речь на слух. 5

Методические рекомендации
Данный сборник предназначен для учителей английского языка, работающих в 6- х классах по УМК О. В. Афанасьева, И. В. Михеева. Предложенные упражнения помогут учителю сократить время для подготовки к аудированию, а также дадут право выбора тех или иных заданий для различных текстов. Опоры, состоящие из картинок и опорных слов к ним, могут быть использованы в помощь развития монологической речи на уроках английского языка. Учитель может варьировать задания: брать только упражнения для контроля понимания прослушанного или использовать весь блок заданий, предложенных к данному тексту. Перед прослушиванием текста учитель должен снять трудности, используя слова, предложенные в сборнике. Затем идет установка на первое прослушивание текста, само прослушивание и выполнение условно — речевых упражнений. После второго прослушивания учитель предлагает учащимся речевое упражнение. Во время работы учитель осуществляет контроль и помогает преодолеть возникшие трудности. Необходимо обращать внимание, чтобы работа с упражнениями не занимала много времени на уроке, так как интерес учащихся может ослабеть. При качественном выполнении заданий необходимо мотивировать работу учащихся над развитием умения понимать иноязычную речь на слух и говорения через похвалу и признание его труда. 6
